Hazel Palmer is the Founder and President of Grace Ministries International, Inc., (GMI) the Home of a three-fold cord: “Jubilee News” “C’mon Jesus!” and “Grace Community Worship Center.”  Hazel was commissioned by “Glory of Zion International Ministries” (Chuck Pierce) and is aligned as a “Ministry of Zion”.
A minister, psalmist, author and publisher, Hazel Palmer was delivered, set free and baptized in the Holy Spirit at a Katherine Kuhlman service in 1971.  Called to the ministry at the age of 16, she moved to Kentucky in 1973 to pursue God’s call on her life where she attended Midway Christian University and Eastern KY University.  She led praise and worship with White Dove Ministries, a ministry birthed out of Kathryn Kuhlman’s Ministries and traveled with “Jesus is Lord” tent crusade out of Arkansas, where she witnessed many signs, wonders and miracles.
In 1992, she married the love of her life, Randy, and came back to Pennsylvania where she was led to work for a local newspaper.  In 2005, Father God pursued her with night visions and day encounters, divinely giving her the date she would birth an end-time publication with Him on her own.  It would be called “Jubilee” and would allow Father God to represent Himself through “demonstration” rather than being represented through “religious talk”. (1 Cor. 4:20)  On September 23rd, 2006, she released Jubilee News for the first time.
Today, Randy and Hazel deliver Jubilee News into churches, Giant Eagles and Walmart in the Mon Valley, Washington and the Pittsburgh area, as well as nine local state and county prisons.  Hazel has documented hundreds of stories of people who were set free, delivered and healed miraculously by the love of Father God.
As a revelatory speaker, Hazel is captivated by the “ways of God” and loves to share about the times and seasons we’re in. Her revelatory style was defined by Father God as one who gives His people the “mechanics” of how His Spirit moves in the earth.  Hazel holds revelatory writing workshops to teach God’s people how to “harness the power of the testimony” in writing and journaling.
As a psalmist, she leads groups and congregations into a Kingdom dimension of worship
As an author, her book: “Despair to Glory” written for Rev. Bea Lamonte, has appeared on Daystar’s “Marcus and Joni Show” and “Joni 1 on 1”as well as on Cornerstone’s “Real Life”.   Her second book “God’s Rising Stars,” contains 32 real life experiences of local residents who gained access into the miraculous through faith. It begins with cancer healings and ends with seven people who were raised from the dead.
